Our Chunk Country Jowls has a delicious hickory smoked flavor. Ideal for those who like to slice their jowl really thick or really thin. Also great for those who like their jowl cut into chunks for seasoning vegetables or soups. Thickness of jowl pieces may run from 1 to 2 inches thick. Packed in approx. 1 lb. vacuum sealed packages.
