	This page contains our exclusive Lower Sodium Old Fashioned hams. These hams contain 1/3 less sodium than traditional country ham. They are dry cured the same way as our country hams, but with less salt. We developed the ham for people who crave the flavor of country ham, but also have a desire to reduce the salt in their diet. Sodium has been lowered from an industries average of 2550 mg. to 1270 mg. Sodium per 4 oz. serving.
