This is one of the most convenient ways to get your cooked country ham. To ensure a tender, delicious flavor, our ham is cooked slowly by our 24-hour method. Since the butt and shank portions are removed from the ham prior to cooking, only the choice center remains. After the ham is cooked, the center bone is removed. (We leave the bone in during cooking because we think it adds to the flavor.) Then the unsliced ham is trimmed leaving nothing but the best for you to slice and eat. Perfect for buffets and sandwiches, or slice thicker for a dinner serving. Country Ham is aged 7 to 9 months
