Homemade Pecan Pie

Always a favorite. Rich thick filling made with farm fresh eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, and lots of chopped pecans is poured into a homemade crust with hand fluting on the edges. Whole pecan halves are then meticulously placed on top of the pie. Not only great to eat, but very eye appealing. Pecan Pies are 9 inches and weigh approx. 2-2.5 lbs. each.
