Our selection of European Hams include: Black Forest Ham, Westphalian Ham & German Country Ham. These European style hams are heavily smoked the old fashioned way. They are cured with only the best natural spices. They can be used for any occasion: luncheons, party trays, snacks or even on picnics or vacation trips since constant refrigeration is not necessary. All of these hams are boneless and should be sliced very thin and eaten uncooked.
