This sampler includes both "dry" and "wet" BBQ pork ribs. Our Baby Back Ribs and St. Louis Style Ribs are "dry" rubbed with our special mixture of seasonings. Signature Sauced Baby Backs and St. Louis Style Ribs are swimming in our special Kansas City Style BBQ sauce in addition to the dry seasoning. (You can also order our Double Colossal Rib Sampler. It includes 2 slabs of each of the above versus 1 slab of each on the Colossal Pork Rib Sampler.)
