These sliced ham steaks come from our moist cured City Ham. Since these cured ham steaks come from a cooked ham, all you have to do is heat. Half Steaks are packed 2 per package. Ideal for a hot ham sandwich or breakfast cut. They have the same mild, sweet delicious, smoked flavor as larger steaks. Approximately 3.5 oz. cuts. (1/4" thick)
