|1-cup mayonnaise or salad dressing|
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
Ground white pepper to taste.
1 1/2 cups Burgers’ Smoked Cooked Turkey, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 1/2 cups potatoes, (peeled, cooked and diced)
Salt as needed.
|1. In a large bowl mix mayonnaise or salad dressing, sugar, mustard, and ground pepper.|
2. Add the Burgers’ Cooked Turkey, green onion, bell pepper and celery and stir until well mixed.
3. Carefully stir in the potatoes.
4. Add a little salt if needed.
5. Chill before serving.
