3 and 1/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup oil
4 whole eggs
1/3 cup water
Two 15 oz. cans pumpkin
2 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup dates (chopped)
1 cup nuts (chopped) |  |
| INSTRUCTIONS: |  |
| Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add oil, eggs, water, pumpkin, white sugar, brown sugar, chopped dates and chopped nuts. Mix thoroughly. Grease and flour four 1 pound baking pans. Fill each a little over half full. Let stand for 20 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 60 minutes or until done. |  |
