Party Quiche

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups flour 1 cup butter 8 oz. package Cream Cheese(softened) 2 small onions(minced) 2 eggs (beaten) 1/2 cup cheddar cheese(grated) 1/2 cup milk nutmeg 2 teaspoon butter(additional) pepper 9 ounces Burgers’ Ozark Sausage (diced in small pieces)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix together flour, one cup butter and cream cheese; chill covered. In another bowl mix onions, cheddar cheese, eggs, 2 teaspoons butter, milk, nutmeg and pepper. Depending on the size of your muffin tins, roll a ball of dough approximately the size of a quarter and work it into the muffin tin to form a shell. Add diced sausage in bottom of shells; pour egg and cheese mixture almost to top of shell. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes then lower to 350 degrees bake 10 minutes. May be frozen and reheated or frozen and cooked for first time.

The sliced jowl was better than any bacon I have ever had - I am enjoying it for breakfast as well as BLT's, and salads. I am absoulutely thrilled I found your web site. (Item D724)
