3 pounds hamburger
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 small can evaporated milk
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups quick-cook oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
2 teaspoons chili powder

| INSTRUCTIONS: |  |
Mix together hamburger, garlic powder, evaporated milk, salt, quick-cook oats,
pepper, eggs, chili powder and chopped onion. Mix well. Shape mixture in the
size of walnuts and place in baking dish.
SAUCE:
2 cups ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped onions
Combine ketchup, garlic powder, brown sugar and chopped onions. Cook until
Sugar is dissolved. Pour over meat balls. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. |  |
